We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with stunning city views. The friendly staff, especially Maria Grazia at breakfast, made us feel at home. For future guests, consider arriving early as parking can fill up quickly. Don't miss the nearby dining options within walking distance!

We visited the fantastic aquarium and enjoyed some local culinary events. The place was super clean, and the staff was friendly. Just a heads up, parking costs around €25 per day. Would recommend skipping breakfast and exploring nearby options instead.

The shower was in a tub, which wasn’t my favorite setup. It made things a little tricky during our stay.

The room was a delightful Classic Double or Twin Room, boasting comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom that felt like a private spa. Each morning, the breakfast dazzled us with an array of pastries and cakes, fueling our adventures around town!

Strategically located across from the train station and close to the city's heart, making it easy to hop on a train or explore on foot. Though the hotel shows some age, the public areas have an impressive ambiance, and the views from higher floors offer a nice perspective over the city.

Rooms lack modernization, showing signs of wear with stained carpets and outdated furniture—definitely not the luxurious experience one might expect from a four-star establishment. The breakfast fell short, providing a limited selection that felt more fitting for a lower-tier hotel. Furthermore, issues with billing practices and unexpected charges created confusion during the stay, which might irk guests expecting clarity and simplicity.

The hotel is beautifully located near shops, and the bar was a highlight with Elvio's amazing aperitivo.
